LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR WOMEN

Yes, company culture needs to shift for the skills of women to be fully capitalized on.  But women also need to brush up on the ways that inherant gender bias teaches us to hold ourselves back. This course covers; negotiation, healthy boundaries, communication styles, how to promote our skills and accomplishments to gain visibility, and how to do this all with a regulated nervous system.
